• Entrants must be 18+ years of age.
• One entry per person is permitted.
• Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
• The competitions closes at 11.59pm 13th September 2024.
• One winner will be randomly selected.

• The overnight stay at The Orange is for a maximum of two people and to be on a Sunday - Thursday only, excluding public holidays and Christmas, Easter, Valentine's, Mother’s/Father’s Day. The hotel reserves the right to choose the type and size of room, based on availability. The overnight stay to be used within 6 months of the competition close date.
• The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
• The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.
• Yawn and Cubitt House shall be obliged to contact the prize winner only via their information given on the entry form.
• Any prize not claimed within 5 days of sending notification of a winning entry shall be forfeited. Yawn may award the prize to another entrant.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering the competition each entrant agrees that Yawn and Cubitt House may use their name and email address for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
• Yawn is hosting and managing this competition and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
