The Clementine team are on a mission to reduce stress through guided hypnotherapy for sleep, confidence and anxiety. The app offers pick-me-up sessions to ditch self-doubt, courses to reduce inner chatter and inspiring reminders to give you a boost. One lucky winner will won a Yawn gift box of their choice and a year subscription to the Clementine app, two runners up received a year subscription to the Clementine app.
