Your love letters
Hello lovely reader,
Customer service has always been hugely important to us here at Yawn and it is core to our business. We enjoy reading your positive comments so much that we call them Love Letters and read them out at our weekly trading meeting.
Why do we do this? Life at the moment is strange and it's hard to keep motivated. But your kind words keep us going. Positivity matters.
We couldn't be prouder of this team achievement. We're not perfect. We just focus on trying our best and putting genuine care into what we do. We like to believe you can tell.
So imagine how chuffed we were to learn that Yawn had won the Feefo 2021 Platinum Award for the second time. It's the highest accolade they give. Yawn has 4.9* for both our product and service rating. Now we just need to hang onto it.
