Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day
Orders are dispatched and deliveries happen during the working week (i.e. Monday to Friday)
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer
Goods returned to us will incur a redelivery charge the second time round
For delivery to countries outside the UK the charge is as follows
Make sure the items are in their original and unworn condition (with tags in place)
Send the items back within 14 days of receiving them
Use the delivery note to tell us what you want to happen next (refund or exchange)
Recycle the original shipper if possible to send back (just relabel)
The returns address will also be on the label on your delivery note: Yawn Returns, c/o TORQUE, Wortley Moor Road, Leeds, LS12 4JH.
If you have the time please give us some quick feedback on what went wrong
Parcels that are returned to us remain your responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that if possible you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
We would be very concerned if you received faulty goods. If for whatever reason there are faults with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. If goods are faulty we will also refund your delivery
How Yawn Handles Returns:
First off, we will let you know when we have received and approved your return
If you've asked for an exchange we will confirm and send the item you would like. If an item is not in stock we will contact you to discuss what you want to do next.
For a refund we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There should be no problem - rejection will only apply if the items are damaged (we've heard some horror stories!)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us (see below)
How Yawn Handles Faulty Goods:
We are really proud of the quality of our products and will be very sorry if we find any faults. If there are any faults we will immediately refund you and also refund your delivery.
Unfortunately sale items can not be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
