*If we receive your order by 1pm (UK time) we will dispatch it on the same day. Please note - orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders are dispatched and delivered during the working week (i.e. Monday to Friday).

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organising a redelivery is the responsibility of the customer. Goods returned to us will incur a redelivery charge the second time round.

Customers placing orders from EU countries (except Republic of Ireland) will be limited to placing orders of up to the value of £150. This is in relation to new Duty & Tax import regulations. It also ensures that Yawn is able to cover your import duties so you won’t have to pay. All duties are now included in your shipping cost.

If your order is over £150 you may notice at checkout that you're unable to make payment, please remove necessary items so that your basket value is less than £150.

Republic of Ireland and Worldwide international customers, there are no restrictions so you can shop as normal.

How Yawn handles returns

First off, we will let you know when we have received and approved your return. If you've asked for an exchange we will confirm and send the item you would like. If an item is not in stock we will contact you to discuss what you want to do next.

For a refund we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Rejection will only apply if the items are damaged (we've heard some horror stories!). If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you’ve still not received your refund, please contact us (see below).
